Your primary requirement is to understand if your firm qualifies for the SBIR/STTR programs.  Please review the Northrop Grumman SBIR website along with the participating agency websites for requirements.

If your firm qualifies for the SBIR/STTR Program and is interested to partner with Northrop Grumman, your firm must fill out a Northrop Grumman Quad Chart and email it to SBIR@ngc.com for evaluation.  Do not send any proprietary, classified, or export controlled information.
