AbilityOne Program

The AbilityOne Program creates employment and training opportunities for people who are blind or who have other significant disabilities, empowering them to lead more productive and independent lives. Its primary means of doing so is by requiring Government agencies to purchase selected products and services from nonprofit organizations employing such individuals.

Northrop Grumman has a long history of involvement and support of organizations that provide employment for persons who are blind or severely disabled. Our current focus is on training, awareness and the expansion of subcontracting opportunities enterprise wide.
