This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
The selected candidate will support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program as a Principal Industrial Security Analyst in Corinne, UT. The selected candidate will work with and support a team of other security professionals. The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: supporting a fast-paced, high profile program; creating, maintaining and leveraging working relationships with internal and external customers; developing and administering security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment; studying and implementing federal security regulations that apply to company operations; obtaining rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies; preparing manuals outlining regulations and establishing procedures for handling, storing and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducting security education classes and related briefings; investigating security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
degree and 10+ years of related FSO/CPSO experience; or 8 years with MS Degree;
An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelors
Active Top Secret clearance
knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manuals volumes 1-4, ICD 705 and the NISPOM.
in program security, with knowledge of implementing a multi-disciplined
security program (access control, personnel security, physical security, OPSEC
to manage the program security requirements of SCI and DOD contracts.
and able to answer questions; provide procedure and policy.
and supply approvals in accordance with IC and Sponsor procedures.
working with customer-based security components.
proposal/BD work a plus Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the
