Northrop Grumman Technology Services sector is seeking a Network
Engineer with security design experience to join our team on the Internal Revenue Service's (IRS) Contact
Center Environment project. The qualified applicant will become part of
Northrop Grumman's Information Systems IRS Joint Operations Center (JOC)
support program. The JOC Program
provides service, support and technology to the IRS Contact Center.
Roles and Responsibilities:
To be considered for this
position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 3 years in an information
technology field. An additional 7 years of experience may be substituted in
lieu of degree,
3+ years experience supporting operations in a large
contact center enterprise,
3+ years experience supporting network connectivity,
monitoring and troubleshooting issues,
3+ years Active Directory experience,
Ability to pass the mandatory Treasury Minimum Background
Experience with the Contact Center Applications
Intelligent Contact Manager (ICM),
Customer Voice Portal (CVP),
Unified Contact Center Management Portal (CCMP),
Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE),
Update / maintain knowledge articles for Incident Management systems,
Voice Response (IVR) / Customer Voice Response Units (CC-VRU),
telecommunication diagnostic tools for troubleshooting.
